Orange Health was established with the aim of helping people with disabilities improve their health and wellbeing. Initially delivering nutritional support, we are now expanding our services by introducing a Support Coordination service. We feel that this is another way in which our client's voices are heard and they are empowered to live healthier and fuller lives.
Orange Health believes that job satisfaction and excellent remuneration is a meaningful way to recognise and reward its people. Therefore, we are offering the right person with a rare opportunity to join this dynamic team by choosing the structure they are employed and the clients they work with.
Independence is the key here. If you enjoy supporting your clients but are unhappy with your current working conditions, then this is the job for you. At Orange Health, you have the option of joining the team as a permanent full time/part-time/casual employee or working as an independent contractor with your own ABN. Re
To be suitable for this role you are a passionate and open-minded Support Coordinator who is genuinely committed to working with people with disability and have sound NDIS knowledge. You want to work for an organisation that provides you with the online tools, resources and support you need to do your job well and steps back to allow you to do your job. A fuss-free culture without office politics. You enjoy working independently from your home office and having access to supervision, training and peer support when needed.
You will work one-on-one with clients to connect them with services and supports that meet their needs and goals. You'll build connections with disability, community and mainstream services and contribute to developing and maintaining our resources database.
