As Project & Administration Officer, you will provide a wide range of project and administrative support to all Original Power business and campaigns, including: training and event coordination; finance processing; coordination of travel; general administrative assistance; and reporting for donor activities.

Essential

  1. At least two years' experience in an administration, logistics or project support role
  2. Proven ability to use a range of standard computer platforms, both Google suite and Microsoft
  3. Highly organised and detailed oriented with proven ability to work under pressure, adapt to change and deliver to tight deadlines
  4. Great communication skills for working in collaboration with staff, partners and communities with the ability to explain and support a wide range of activities
  5. Experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and organisations

Desirable

  1. Experience in working from home with the ability to manage your own time while also seeking guidance from your supervisor and keeping your colleagues up to date on your work
  2. Experience of fundraising administration and/or donor management is an advantage.
