Your new job

Based within Orygen’s youth Individual Placement and Support (IPS) Centre of Excellence, the project manager will lead the execution of an exciting new project implementing an Individual Placement and Support (IPS) workforce development framework.

You will:

  • Manage the implementation of a workforce development project to deliver quality content and outcomes
  • Monitor and manage timelines, milestones and key contractual deliverables for the project
  • Develop accurate and high-quality reports and information regarding the delivery of the project
  • Maintain and develop relationships with all stakeholders, including managing project accountability
  • Develop and monitor workplans for a team of content developers, trainers and project support staff

What you’ll need

You are passionate, energetic and determined to make a difference to health outcomes for young people. In addition, you will bring:

  • Project management experience and experience liaising with and reporting to Government departments
  • Able to write and present detailed reports and submissions and deliver presentations and meetings
  • Manage project resources and identify and manage delivery risks
  • Highly developed written communication and computer literacy skills including project scheduling
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, including the capacity to deliver high quality work
