The Australian Early Psychosis Collaborative Consortium (AEPCC) Registry Officer will work within the AEPCC team to support the development and implementation of the first Australian early psychosis Clinical Quality Registry (the registry) that will help us better understand the outcomes and improve the quality of care for young people experiencing early psychosis.

Reporting to the AEPCC Executive Officer you will:

  • Work collaboratively with the AEPCC team to ensure the registry is meeting the deliverables of the wider AEPCC grant
  • Work with the AEPCC Executive Officer to develop registry related project plans and annual deliverables
  • Support the development of registry policy and operational procedure documents
  • Provide secretariat support to registry committee/s

Please note that if a candidate has specific clinical quality registry experience, these key responsibilities may be expanded to include day to day registry and data management, more involvement in the establishment of registry sites and there will be an opportunity to negotiate both the salary and contract length. What you’ll need

You are passionate, energetic and determined to make a difference to the mental health outcomes of young people.

In addition, you bring:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a health sciences, social sciences or clinical discipline
  • Experience in administration and/or project management
  • Experience with research or clinical trials activities
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills including experience in engaging with broad stakeholder groups

Experience in working with clinical quality registries and/or clinical registries and experience in patient or research participant recruitment, PROM administration, and data collection will be highly favoured.
