The Senior ICT Officer is responsible for installing and maintaining a range of systems and hardware, managing individual case outcomes and delivering an outstanding client service.

You will add value by:

  • Provide technical support and training for Microsoft Server platforms, MS SQL Database management, Office 365 applications and services
  • Development and implement Device management using Microsoft Intune and DLP.
  • Ensure all processes and systems are documented and identify opportunities to improve IT processes
  • Work end to end in the design, development and implementation of new Mac/PC MOE Solutions
  • Manage customer tickets through the Helpdesk system ensuring all requests are answered and resolved promptly
  • Provide exceptional client support in a professional manner within agreed KPI’s

What you’ll need

You are passionate, energetic and determined to make a difference to health outcomes for young people. In addition, you will bring:

  • A relevant degree with subsequent relevant experience; or extensive experience and specialist knowledge in an IT operations field
  • Experience working with Apple Mac Fleet Management Systems - JAMF Pro, JAMF Cloud, JAMF Connect, JAMF Protect
  • Able to install, manage, upgrade, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows Server, Virtualisation and cloud technologies (e.g., VMware and Hyper-V), end user operating systems and devices in enterprise environments
  • Able to rapidly self-learn, adapt, test, integrate and apply new or modern technologies, methodologies and workflows
  • Able to work as a member of a team and to develop collaborative and productive relationships with across the business
