Our Watch is a national leader of primary prevention of violence against women and their children.

This is a newly established role due to current and expected growth within the organisation, initially the key focus of this role will be to provide high level recruitment and administrative support to the Human Resources team, Our Watch employees and to provide exceptional candidate care. This role will support end to end recruitment solutions and will have the opportunity, with guidance, to provide support to staff throughout the broader HR functions.
You will have experience working in an end to end recruitment function and you will be confident in completing all related administrative requirements. You will have demonstrated experience using HRIS systems (experience using ELMO would be advantageous). You will have strong written and verbal communication skills when liaising with stakeholders, you will be proactive and enjoy creating, implementing and maintaining processes.
