About the role

The Manager, Quality, Risk & Compliance (QRC) has oversight of and responsibility for ensuring Our Watch complies with all legislative requirements and internal risk and compliance policies. The role oversees the implementation of Our Watch’s Risk Management Framework to ensure that key organisational and strategic risks, compliance obligations, and relevant WHS matters, initiatives and trends are identified, assessed, managed and reported on. The role also oversees the procurement and contracts function and manages relationships with external IT and systems service providers. The Manager QRC will engage with direct reports to bring the best out of their technical knowledge and expertise in all these areas.

About you

You will have professional qualifications, experience and knowledge in risk management/compliance/quality assurance/audit/business systems. You have excellent analytical skills, demonstrated ability to interpret compliance obligations and strong staff management and leadership skills and experience.
