Our Watch Limited

About Our Watch

Our Watch is a national leader of primary prevention of violence against women and their children.

Our vision is an Australia where women and their children live free from all forms of violence. Our role is to stop violence before it starts. We work to embed gender equality and prevent violence where Australians live, learn, work and socialise.

About the role

Our Watch has big ambitions for increasing its impact and awareness nationally, and in our newly-created Marketing and Brand Manager position, you will play a key role in defining, positioning and packaging our products and services to increase our reach, generate new income, and create change for the better throughout Australia.

Working with a new Director Marketing and Communications, this is a unique opportunity to excel in a ‘green fields’ environment, developing and building the new marketing and brand function from scratch. Utilising your skills in marketing, brand management, digital marketing, social media, and content, you will connect more people with our products and services, with a particular focus on workplaces and other key settings, while also bringing our tools and resources to life in new and innovative ways.

About you

  • A strategic thinker and a proactive ‘doer’, you enjoy building functions, processes and projects from inception, and making your mark
  • Values-driven by nature, you will be proud to utilise your substantial marketing skills to help generate more leads and clients for Our Watch’s products and services
  • You love delving into data to create well-performing content, and you take pride in reaching campaign and engagement targets as a measure of your impact and success
  • You love problem solving, and bring creativity to everything you do – your copy, design, campaigns, thinking and ways or working
  • While not necessarily from the prevention sector, you understand Our Watch’s vision and mission, and you can see how this will motivate you to help grow Our Watch’s reach, awareness and engagement.
