Our Watch is a national leader of primary prevention of violence against women and their children.

About the role

Working within the Practice Leadership team, this new position will contribute to delivering on the implementation of the Implementing Educating for Equality project. This project, funded by Universities Australia and the Victorian Government, sees Our Watch provide support to universities across Australia to take action across their university to address the drivers of gendered violence. This role will work with two other staff to provide direct support to universities in the form of technical advice, training, resource development and facilitation of activities that promote the sharing of best practice prevention practice.

About you

You will have experience with organisational development in relationships to gender equality and inclusion, along with strong stakeholder engagement skills including training facilitation. You will have experience developing evidence-based resources and the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. You will have a strong knowledge of the prevention of violence against women sector and knowledge of education systems and/or the Australian university sector.
