About the role

The Senior Research and Evaluation Advisor plays an important role throughout a campaign cycle to embed monitoring and evaluation in planning and implementation and to support ongoing improvement. The role leads the developmental research for, and evaluation of, major Our Watch projects and campaigns.

Reporting to the Manager, Evaluation and Learning, and working as part of a cross-functional project team, the Senior Research and Evaluation Advisor will be responsible for implementing and coordinating evaluation data collection and reporting across three projects, including guiding developmental research informing campaign development, evaluation design and implementation and working closely with Senior Marketing and Communications Advisors.

About you

We are seeking an evaluation practitioner with an interest in developmental and systems approaches to evaluation and an intersectional approach to gender equality and preventing violence against women. The role requires capacity to work collaboratively to implement the campaigns evaluation plans with an emphasis on supporting the collection, analysis and use of data to inform iterative project development and feedback and evidence of project contributions to outcomes.
