This is a GREAT opportunity for an individual with strong leadership experience, preferably within the Health / Disability Services Sector, who is seeking a role that provides a true opportunity for work / life balance as well as an attractive and highly competitive remuneration package.
Based in Caringbah, this Practice Leader opportunity is responsible for the ‘on call' service delivery, including managing risk and triaging incidents and issues as they occur, as well as supporting other employees in the delivery of exceptional customer service to our clients, customer and others outside of normal business hours.
The hours are worked on a rotating basis of: Monday to Friday (35 hours over the week); then Thursday to Saturday (29 hours over the week); and then Saturday to Wednesday (33 hours over the week).
With the Monday to Friday hours from 5:00pm to Midnight and the weekend hours being split shifts of 10:00am to 1:00pm and 5:00pm to 8:00pm.
