Based in Caringbah, this Practice Leader opportunity is responsible for the ‘on call' service delivery, including managing risk and triaging incidents and issues as they occur, as well as supporting other employees in the delivery of exceptional customer service to our clients, customer and others outside of normal business hours.

In order to be successful for this role you will need to possess:

• Tertiary Qualifications (Degree or Diploma) in Social Work / Nursing / Allied Health / Health or similar
• Experience leading, coaching and mentoring a team to achieve key business objectives
• Experience working within an ever-changing environment, capable of juggling multiple priorities/deadlines
• Exceptional stakeholder and relationship management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-starter, who loves to learn and is passionate about sharing knowledge
• A passion for working with people who have a disability

The hours are worked on a rotating basis of: Monday to Friday (35 hours over the week); then Thursday to Saturday (29 hours over the week); and then Saturday to Wednesday (33 hours over the week).

With the Monday to Friday hours from 5:00pm to Midnight and the weekend hours being split shifts of 10:00am to 1:00pm and 5:00pm to 8:00pm.
