OzChild has been working with families delivering Functional Family Therapy - Child Welfare® in NSW since 2017.
Through a strength-based in-home therapeutic programme and as part of the Functional Family Therapy - Child Welfare®, you will support the objective of keeping children and young people in their existing homes or foster care placements.
This involves three key objectives, the first objective is engagement and motivation, the second is to change problem behaviour, and finally the third is to generalise change.
In this role you will support keeping families together allowing them to meet their full potential.

To be successful, you will be required to meet our Safety Screening requirements, and this will include relevant police checks and hold a valid current WWCC for NSW.
