Due to our previous Engagement Coordinator moving into their dream career at OzHarvest, we are now looking for their replacement. This exciting role is part of the wider collaborative OzHarvest Team.

Responsible for creating, developing, maintaining and nurturing fundraising opportunities through Corporate and Community engagement and partnerships. The Coordinator will have a strong focus in strategising, prospecting and closing sales for our engagement programs, whilst leading a proactive approach to local media and other marketing and branding opportunities supporting OzHarvest’s strategy and vision in Victoria and South Australia.

Key responsibilities include:

• Nurturing existing engagement opportunities and relationships, ensuring stakeholders feel part of the OzHarvest family
• Prospect, identify, and follow up on all local partnership opportunities in Victoria and South Australia, with alignment to the National Strategies
• Develop and lead a strategy to increase local brand awareness via local Media content creation and coordination of local Social Media channels

The successful candidate will process:

• A Bachelor’s or relevant degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field
• Experience in a client relationship role, sales, marketing, communications or public relations
• Strong Communication skills
