Reporting to the Client Services Manager you will be a key member of our management team and will coordinate the provision of individual and shared services that meet customer’s needs and living in Numurkah.
You will develop and provide quality services, support plans / service agreements, monitor incident reports, liaise with parents/carers, coordinate rosters and lead a team of support workers.
You will ensure compliance with legislation, NDIS requirements and organisational policies & procedures. You will ensure all areas under your control comply with Workplace Health & Safety Regulations and put in place strategies to manage identified risks safely, by minimising or eliminating the risks.
You will be a proven professional and leader with a kind and caring nature, a positive attitude and be a self-starter with a high level of initiative and enthusiasm. You will have strong interpersonal and written communication skills and a ‘can-do’ attitude.
