Primary Care Connects Executive Family Violence (EMFV) is appointed by, and accountable to, Primary Care Connect’s CEO to oversee and lead the areas designated throughout this document, and to support the CEO in leading the organisation.
The EMFV is responsible for the development of the organisation, implement and drive directives from CEO, taking into account the organisation’s governance, contractual, internal operations, business, policy and networking functions. EMFV will demonstrate and be competent in the following skills and experiences:
The EMFV is responsible for leadership of the Family Violence (FV) Programs within PCC including The Orange Door (TOD) and Primary Prevention Services, for the development of a responsive, innovative, and strategic client and staff experience at PCC. The position will foster collaborative working relationships internally and across the region (including related health service and community support organisations and Government Departments to ensure services are coordinated, fiscally appropriate and prioritised to meet our community health needs. The EMFV will ensure effective, efficient management and achievement of budget and performance targets. The position also requires active membership and engagement with the Executive Team and the general organisational leadership.
