Do you have transferrable commercial corporate service and finance skills that you can use at a not-for-profit (NFP) to make a difference and create local impact?

An exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated corporate team in a well established, community focused and trusted NFP.

You will report to the CEO and work as a key member of the Executive Leadership team while managing a diverse portfolio. You will provide strategic and operational oversight of corporate services which includes, management of finances, human resources, compliance and quality management, ICT and asset management. You will play a critical role in assisting the company to grow while ensuring continued financial sustainability, including by participating in tendering for grant funded business and in driving our retail commercial business development. You will also play an integral role in delivering broad-ranging cultural change across your portfolio through collaboration, accountability, and a shared commitment to excellence.

Key Duties:

  • Provide leadership and direction to the team, while overseeing and maintaining the operational corporate services systems and processes to ensure the integrity of the organisation.
  • Utilise your previous experience, in identifying and securing new business opportunities, advancing PCCS’s program offerings and reach.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with a range of key stakeholders, representing the organisation in the community and industry.

What to Bring:

  • Formal knowledge/qualifications, skills and experience in business and/or other functions held in the Corporate Services portfolio
  • Strong commercial skills like negotiation, budgeting, forecasting, contract management, HR, quality and industrial management
  • A working understanding of financial, technological, privacy, IP, risk and compliance requirements

Nice to have:

  • A working understanding of how all those things work within the health, aged care, social and welfare sectors

Term

Maximum term to 30 June 2023 with opportunity for extension.
