About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Member Services Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for P&C Associations, handling phone and email enquiries, providing essential support, and guiding members with accurate information.

You will also play a key role in our broader initiatives by assisting with webinars, supporting the production of our quarterly journal, and contributing to projects aimed at strengthening P&C Associations across NSW.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to phone and email inquiries from P&C Association Members, delivering timely and accurate information.
• Assist with the coordination and support of webinars and other virtual events.
• Contribute to the production and logistics of the quarterly journal.
• Provide general administrative support to P&C Federation activities as required.

About You:

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
• Comfortable working in a small, close-knit team dedicated to supporting P&C Associations.
• Organised, adaptable, and able to handle various tasks and inquiries efficiently.
• Experience in a member organisation, customer service or support role is advantageous.

Experience:

• Experience in member organisation, customer service or support roles is helpful but not essential.
• Knowledge of public education and/or P&C Associations in Australia is helpful but not essential.
