About PCYC NSW

PCYC is a registered charity whose mission is to empower young people to reach their potential through Police and community partnerships. With 65 clubs across NSW, PCYC provides quality activities and programs in a safe, fun, and friendly environment. PCYC has over 70,000 youth members who engage in sport, recreation, education, leadership, and cultural programs. PCYC also work with more than 1,500 at-risk youth per year to break the cycle of disadvantage through crime prevention, education and social responsibility programs.

As a Club Manager you'll already possess strong financial acumen, analytical thinking, and management expertise in order to oversee all aspects of the PCYC Queanbeyan club operations. You'll have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills that allow you to engage with youth as well as members of the community, customers and suppliers.

This role holds full operational responsibility. You'll be a natural leader with the freedom and ability to manage the following:

• Achieve KPIs and targets
• Create a vibrant and fun club culture
• Promote the PCYC brand and image within the local community
• Work autonomously as well as leading a small team
• Have good business sense and an awareness and understanding of what it takes to run a successful operation
