About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our Northern Beaches team to provide positive experiences to young people. In this varied and flexible role, classified as Senior Activities Officer under our Enterprise Agreement, you will be coaching and guiding young people, and:
- Drive a team to deliver fun, interactive, engaging and safe activities and programs
- Program lessons
- Provide customer service and administration duties
- Key contact person for external and internal stakeholders inclusive of sporting associations, venue users, educational and community groups to deliver sporting competitions, group activities and programs.
- Responsibility for all aspects of competition management including competition and stadia promotion, liaising with teams, creating competition draws referee rosters.

About You
Are you a passionate person and have flexibility to work afternoons and evenings, school holidays and weekends? As well as,
- Do you have skills and experience in coordinating programs and coaching?
- Do you have a coaching accreditation or working towards attaining a coaching accreditation?
- Do you possess strong computer literacy and administration experience?
- Do you have a First Aid certification, CPR Certification and/or Cert 1 in Sports Management, Coaching or Gymnastics (desirable)?
- Are you a reliable and trustworthy person for the care of young people?
- Are you a positive role model, collaborative and team orientated?
- Do you have well-developed communication and interpersonal skills?
- Do you have experience in working with children, building relationships and customer service?
- Do you have the ability to obtain a compliant Working With Children Check and National Police Check?
