We are currently seeking a passionate and professional General Manager - Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) to join our Executive Leadership Team to be located at our PCYC Lang Park Club. As the General Manager for OSHC, you will have responsibility for driving the strategic direction for OSHC across the business.

Your New Role

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and working closely with the Leadership Team within OSHC, you will provide both strategic and tactical advice to the CEO and Board as required. A key requirement of the role will be to broker new business, implement market leading practices and improve stakeholder relationships whilst having oversight of OSHC Operations.

About You

To be successful in this role we are looking for a seasoned leader within Outside School Hours Care / Early Childhood Development who is a confident decision maker who can naturally lead and manage teams. You will be able to demonstrate success in the achievement of strategic outcomes along with experience in developing and maintaining long-term strategic partnerships with stakeholders. You must be able to travel inter and intrastate as required. Working with Children Check (Blue Card) No Card, No Start and Restricted Person legislation applies to all applicants. All PCYC employees are required to complete a National Police Check upon commencement.
