Monash University and Peninsula Health have established the National Centre for Healthy Ageing (NCHA) as a partnership, with initial funding of $32m from the Australian Government Department of Health to create a centralised hub for innovation and transformation of care practices to support the healthy ageing of all Australians. The NCHA will create better integrated care models to promote health and wellbeing across the lifespan and drive improvements in the way people seek out and access care, to ensure they reflect and align with their values and needs. The NCHA will be Australia’s leading health service research, development and implementation hub focused on healthy ageing. The NCHA core delivery workstreams span the Healthy Ageing Data Platform, Living Labs Program and Transformation and Simulation Facilities.
The Senior Project Officer, NCHA will be a core member of the NCHA delivery team. Reporting to the Director, NCHA, you will be responsible for high level project coordination and end to end delivery of the NCHA program of activities, including:
