The Public Interest Advocacy Centre (PIAC) is a leading social justice law and policy centre. Reporting to the Principal Solicitor and working as part of the strategic litigation team, your focus will be on PIAC’s ‘A Fairer NDIS’ work. Specifically, you will lead a new project designed to deliver better outcomes for decision-making under the NDIS for participants requesting specialist disability accommodation (SDA). You have 5 years+ post-admission experience in legal practice relevant to PIAC’s NDIS work including administrative law. Ideally, you have managed appeals casework or litigation, preferably in the AAT or Federal Court with an understanding of the NDIS Act 2013. Additionally, you:
