The Remote Area Health Corps (RAHC), established in 2008, is a Federally-funded not-for-profit program offering health professionals (HPs) opportunities to undertake short-term paid placements in remote Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
Reporting to the RAHC Board, the National Manager role leads a dedicated team in the delivery of the RAHC program that requires the ongoing nurturing of constructive relationships with multiple stakeholders whilst ensuring the annual deliverables of the program are successful.

As National Manager, you will have excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills with advanced attention to detail. You will have the ability to work under pressure, prioritise a heavy workload and meet deadlines whilst ensuring confidentiality.
You will have extensive program management experience, ideally with either Commonwealth or State Government-funded programs, preferably gained within the health sector or related industry to improve health outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples.
