Concerned about the environmental impact of unsustainable insulated packaging options and with the rapid rise of the e-commerce sector globally, our Planet Protectors decided that a better transport solution for temperature sensitive goods was needed – and fast!

This miracle product, called Woolpack is now dramatically transforming supply chains in Australasia within the food, beverage, pharmaceutical, veterinary and other allied industry sectors.

Through the very nature of the Woolpack product, as well as through our education efforts, our vision is to significantly reduce the use of oil based and unsustainable packaging in many supply chains.

Planet Protector is looking for a mature, motivated and fast-paced Project Manager to support the Australian and New Zealand teams in tasks related to the following:

• Managing projects related to expansion, research and grant writing
• Research innovations in sustainability, packaging and eco-materials
• Project ownership and direct interaction with key stakeholders from government, educational, and sustainability organisations
• Writing research reports, Powerpoints, and Excel spreadsheets for analysis on a variety of subjects
• Give presentations to internal stakeholders on your research findings
• Aid in liaising with prospective clients in coordination with the client supervisor
• Craft presentations for prospective clients telling them about the benefits of Woolpack to their supply chain
• Be available for presentations, training, tradeshows and events, sometimes out of state.

Skills and Experience:

• Grant and Award writing experience highly regarded
• You have strong structuring and analytical skills combined with a hands-on attitude
• You have an eager desire to learn and you are comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• You are self-directing: you can complete a project with minimal assistance in a prompt time frame
• You are a digital native and effortlessly move around in the online world, are aware of technological trends and resulting opportunities.
• You can build on proven MS Office suite knowledge- especially Excel, Word and Powerpoint
• You are very passionate about start-ups and have deep interest in developing environmentally sustainable businesses
• Refined training, presentation and communication skills
