About the role

Public Outreach is looking for a talented professional to play a key role in the growth and improvement of our Customer Experience department. This department will be the first point of contact for inbound customer inquiries - providing an engaging, positive and timely experience for customers across a range of clients and custom inbound solutions.

Your focus will be on business development in Australia with not-for-profits. There may also be opportunities to grow into government and ethical business.

In this highly autonomous role, you will be responsible for the entire sales cycle including prospecting, developing relationships, showcasing our technology platform, negotiating and closing business contracts. You will also provide ongoing support to ensure customer success. This is an important role within Public Outreach and brings great earning potential.

Key Attributes

We love proactive self-starters with energy and enthusiasm. Previous experience in sales is essential combined with strong verbal and written communication and relationship skills. It would be considered advantageous if you have worked in the charity space, government or B2B Inbound or Customer Experience sales previously.

Whilst this is an autonomous role, you will be actively supported by an equally talented and passionate team.
