We are seeking a lending superhero to join our awesome Mt Gambier branch! Your mission, should you wish to be considered, is to deliver a customer experience that is second to none. We are a highly successful, values-based, customer-owned credit union seeking to recruit customer-service champions who share our values of superior service, honesty, integrity and financial prudence.

What superpowers will you bring to the team?

The successful applicant will demonstrate:

• Excellent communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
• The ability to deliver exceptional customer service to our members and staff.
• The ability to ask questions and obtain accurate information, in order to provide the full picture to our Lending Assessors.
• Focus, discipline and drive, to meet and exceed service and sales KPIs.
• Experience cross selling and/or discussing products and services.
• ​​Personal lending knowledge and experience.
• FSRA Tier 2, NCCPA accreditation and General Insurance experience.
