Portable is a design and technology company with a specific focus on providing impact and transformation in government, justice, mental health, death and ageing, family violence and education. A Senior Client Partner who helps to cultivate, extend and enhance our relationships with our partners and clients. You’ll work within our business affairs unit with five other people to grow and develop strategic opportunities. Working alongside our Client Partner Lead you’ll strengthen relationships. with our clients and partners, driving the right conversations to grow the impact we have on their business and in the world. You’ll work across our business, connecting with our technology, design and production teams to understand our capability and processes in order to have the right conversations with our partners. Most of all, you’ll have a deep understanding of our mission, vision and impact areas and leverage that to create new opportunities.
Developing and growing clients with impact is your thing. You love being immersed in problems that are hard to define and hard to solve. You have a robust toolkit across human-centred design and strategic design, which allows you to walk into any number of environments and problem spaces with confidence. And more than anything you enjoy that moment when insights emerge from the research and guide people, even entire organisations, towards new possibilities.
