Possability are looking for a number of motivated individuals who would like to join our team – we have positions vacant for people willing to commit to providing high quality complex support in the North West of Tasmania. We are looking for people that can commit to a permanent roster of support and who are enthusiastic to see positive outcomes for the people we support.
This roster will be 32 hours per fortnight with regular opportunities to pick up additional shifts. Shifts are 8 hours, and are: 7 am to 3 pm, 3 pm to 11 pm, and 11 pm to 7 am. A component of this role is to be rostered on-call, where you will receive an allowance to be available; should you be called into shift you will also be paid the corresponding rates for that shift. The role will be paid at a higher rate to compensate for the level of complexity.
