Reporting directly to the Selection and Engagement Lead, you will provide focused services, specialist advice, contemporary practices, support and development within the specific title of the role. The position is a high functioning member of the People and Culture Specialist Team and delivers on both transactional and strategic work, to assist Possability Group with maintaining strong operational conformance and continuous improvement practices. This role will be responsible for the ongoing review and forecasting of future service growth areas and organising a large quantity of applicants that are skilled and aligned to the companies’ values.
