This role will involve

• Leading the partnerships team to build a diverse pipeline of partners and deliver our partnerships model to deliver our organisational objectives.
• Deliver meaningful partnerships with like minded organisations by working with our operations team and external parties to deliver our programs.
• Regularly meet with existing and potential partners to continuously improve and strengthen our industry partnerships - Please note, this tends to be during working hours to meet our partners’ requirements
• Ensure our organisation adheres and delivers our partnership commitments to our partners.
• Participate in organisational strategic planning and implementation through strategy development and decision evaluation processes.
• Participate in monthly Executive and quarterly Advisory meetings to report on strategic performance of the organisation and report on our partnerships portfolio.
• Represent the Power of Engineering at industry events.
