• Salary $120,859 - $133,183 + super

The Public Service Association of NSW (PSA) is a State-registered employee organisation representing over 40 000 members in a diverse range of roles across the NSW public sector. We are looking for a Finance Manager who would be responsible for accounting, finance and payroll functions in our small Accounts team led by our Chief Financial Officer.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

• Tertiary qualifications in Accounting and 3+ years relevant experience
• Experience in month and general ledger plus balance sheet reconciliations and reporting
• Sound knowledge of payroll processing and employee entitlements
• Experience in identifying process efficiencies and implementing streamlined systems

DESIRABLE CRITERIA

• CA or CPSA qualified or working towards these
• Knowledge of accounting software
• Experience in assisting with annual audits and budgets
• Commitment and understanding of Union principles
