For 21 years P2P has been at the forefront of making change with, and for, people with disability and their families in QLD.We offer intermediary services under the NDIS including Support Coordination and Financial Plan Management.

Our head office is on the Sunshine Coast, however, we offer work from home options. This is a busy and varied role with a supportive team and employer.

These roles are in our plan management services. Plan management allows NDIS participants to have broader choice and control over how they purchase their NDIS services.

We have multiple roles available in the customer service area which includes some plan management processing tasks.

These roles provide a key contact role to respond to a range of customer issues that arise through the plan management process including customer attraction, onboarding, problem resolution, provider support, and referral to appropriate services.

  • PC skills adaptable to a Google-based platform, CRM and other cloud-based software
  • Ability to work effectively in a home setting

Working from home is our main work arrangement, however, we occasionally hold face to face activities, therefore, we have a strong preference for residence in SE Qld.

P2P are strong supporters of employment for people with a disability and their families.

Other important attributes:

  • Knowledge of disability services provider sector
  • Knowledge of how small businesses operate/function
  • Understanding of owner/operator business practice
  • Knowledge of Human Rights concepts and practical application
  • Knowledge of consumer law principles
  • Awareness of the experiences of people with a disability.

This role is at SCHADS SACS award Level 2.1 $29.12 per hour

There are no formal qualifications required, however, a competency test may form part of the selection process. Qualifications in bookkeeping/finance or Community Services are advantageous. Background checks for the NDIS criminal history screening and Blue Cards are required.
