Purpose of the role:

We strive to provide strong HR/business leadership advice and assistance to managers and employees, ensuring there is clear vision underpinned by sound business planning, executive and accountability. We work to enable strong performance consistent with our organisation's strategic vision, mission and values.

We specifically require an experienced, tertiary qualified practitioner with high-level skill in:

• Industrial Relations / Employee Relations experience
• Workforce planning/recruitment and selection techniques
• Employee development and training including leadership development
• Reviewing and developing policy and procedures
• Managing underperformance and misconduct with sound advice
• Provide HR related training
• HRIS experience (Employee Connect is what we use)
• Working collaboratively with Finance/Payroll
• Projects including research; development; planning and execution
