An exciting new role! As the Child Youth and Families (CYF) Project Officer you will work across the Inner Gippsland area to support CYF governance committee to implement the CYF Governance Sector plan.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Responsible for supporting the implementation of the activities required to achieve progress in the delivery of the actions identified in the work plans of the working groups.
• The CYF Project Officer will be required to liaise with Child and Families Service providers and a network of key stakeholders.
• Report to the line manager and the CYF governance committee on a regular basis.
• Attend and actively participate in CYF governance committee meetings.
• Collate and analyse data to inform and monitor the priorities of the CYF governance committee.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE – what you will bring

• Demonstrated project management skills and experience.
• Thorough understanding of the Children Youth and Families policies and service sector.
• Knowledge and experience in quality systems and service improvement.
• Ability to communicate constructively and effectively with key stakeholders
• Valid Victorian Driver’s Licence/WWC/Police Check
• Allied Health degree, social work or other appropriate qualification
