A unique role that specialises in supporting young people to develop respectful relationships
To provide Case Management support to young people who are using violence in the home
To support the young persons to develop skills and appropriate strategies to manage personal relationships and resolve conflict
To support and facilitate opportunities for the young persons to develop positive connections
To make appropriate referrals as identified for further supports
Demonstrated knowledge of family violence including context, principles, philosophies, policies and legislation.
Understanding of the overall impact of trauma and abuse on women, children and young people.
Demonstrated understanding of MARAM and Family Violence Information Sharing Scheme.
Valid Victorian Driver’s Licence/Working With Children Check/Police Check
Relevant Tertiary qualifications appropriate to the field (refer to position description).
