Exciting times at Quantum! Due to Organisational growth, we are seeking an experienced OHS & Wellbeing professional to join our People, Learning & Culture team. In this new role you will work with employees in focusing on continuing our culture of wellbeing and the importance of workplace safety.

THE ROLE

• Support the implementation of the Occupational Health and Safety Management plan.
• Provide advice and training to leaders and staff groups about Health and Safety responsibilities and practices.
• Develop tools to support decision makers to consider Health and Safety Risk and wellbeing.
• Monitor and assess health and safety strategies in accordance with legislative standards.
• Develop and implement new initiatives where required outcomes are not being achieved.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE – what you will bring;

• Excellent communication and presentative skills.
• The ability to build relationships, collaborate and negotiate with individuals and teams.
• The ability to look at things creatively, with a view to finding solutions and identifying opportunities
• Valid Victorian Driver’s Licence |Working With Children Check |Police Check
• Tertiary Qualification in a related discipline (or equivalent experience) such as Human Resource Management, Psychology, Social Work, WHS etc.
