The Queensland Greens have been a major progressive force in Queensland politics for over two decades. Since 2016 the Queensland Greens have elected Queensland’s first Green Councillor, Jonathan Sri, two State Greens members, Michael Berkman and Amy MacMahon and re-elected Green Federal Senator Larissa Waters twice. The Queensland Greens have secured record swings and votes in every local, state and federal election since 2016 on a platform of radical wealth distribution, social and environmental justice and plan to win breakthrough seats in the upcoming Federal election.
