This generalist HRBP role is key contact point for staff in Canberra and regional NSW and works closely with supervisors and managers on all aspects of human resources. The HRBP is responsible for building strong relationships across multiple sites and the timely delivery of HR operational services, including the planning and execution of key HR projects and supporting recruitment, WH&S and employee relations.
A key role that is hands on and autonomous, this is an opportunity to work in a community focussed organisation and make a difference both strategically and operationally and would suit an experienced HR professional ready to take the next step in their career.

This is a permanent full-time position, based in Wagga Wagga, NSW or Deakin, ACT. Flexible work arrangements are available.
