What you'll do
- Be the first point of contact for client phone calls, online queries and emails
- Ensure a smooth and consistent experience for all client interactions
- Maintain client-related data collection and ensure record systems are compliant with organisational standards
- Manage phone bookings, email and online queries efficiently
What you'll bring
- A minimum 5 years experience in administration and customer service
- Experience working in a call centre or contact centre is highly desirable
- Experience within NFP and/or support services is preferable
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
- An ability to multi-task and work in a high pressured environment
- Strong computer skills; experienced in MS Office and using a CRM system, ideally Penelope
Details
- Full-time contract to 31/12/22
- Circa $65,00 base salary + super + salary packaging benefits
- Based at Macquarie Park with hybrid working model available
