To do this we are building our HR systems and capability so require someone who is enjoys the day to day HR admin and is happy to help with larger projects.

Your new role

As our HR Coordinator, you will provide effective HR administration across the employee lifecycle while providing a positive customer experience as the first point of contact for all HR enquires.

You will become an expert in our HRIS and ensure data accuracy across all employee changes. You will collate and prepare HR reports and support the HR team with major HR initiatives and projects.

Two initiatives you’ll be involved in your first 3 months: Working closely with our payroll and IT team as we identify ways to reduce manual data entry between the HRIS and payroll systems. You will also support our HR Manager with the coordination and admin required for our enterprise agreement negotiations.

  • Full time 12 contract position based in Macquarie Park.
  • $70k + super + salary package

About you

You will have:

  • Previous experience working in a similar HR Coordinator/Administrator;
  • Ability to interpret policies, procedures and awards and provision advice;
  • System savvy: working with a HRIS and Microsoft suite capability including excel and Powerpoint;
  • The ability to balance multiple tasks, manage interruptions and competing priorities effectively;
  • The ability to work both autonomously and contribute to team outcomes while identifying what issues require escalation.
