Now we need someone to bring this work to life.

Your new role

You'll manage all aspects of recruitment to ensure RANSW have the right people in place to meet our growing client needs for counselling, family dispute resolution, group work and DV services.

Our Managers are great and eager for your support. They will need your help adapting to the new approaches particularly if they haven’t recruited recently.

Diversity & Inclusion will shape your talent acquisition approaches so get thinking about how can we attract and engage candidates from under-represented groups. As signee’s to the Circle Back Initiative candidate experience is critical, yes that means getting back to every candidate.

The details

  • Full time position based in Macquarie Park with work from home options.
  • Part time considered.

About you

You’re passionate about finding the best candidate for a role as you know the difference it can make to a client and pull out all the stops to fill vacancies. As a CX ambassador you make time to respond to every candidate and provide feedback after ever interview.

While coaching managers might new for you, you know how to communicate clearly and respectfully and how to tap into the advice of our HR Business Partners.

You’re excited to bring to life our talent acquisition strategies particularly the D&I Recruitment Strategy and aren’t afraid to experiment to find the best solution to address the barriers to entry for candidates.

Experience in not for profit, human services or related sectors beneficially but not essential.
