RANZCO is the Not-For-Profit medical college for ophthalmologists in Australia and New Zealand. Our vision is excellence and equity in eye care. This role is an important part of our strategy to deliver ICT services to the organisation in liaison with external providers.

We are looking for an IT Support Analyst to join our IT department to support end-users in resolving technical incidents, requests and changes. Responsibilities include responding to technical queries and issues, resolving problems in a timely manner, and providing technical recommendations.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with exceptional customer service to perform user administrative responsibilities efficiently. To be successful in the role you will need to display excellent problem-solving skills and have a solid knowledge of IT solutions.
This role is based in Surry Hills, Sydney, conveniently located opposite Central Station. However, currently staff are working remotely from home (supplied with suitable technology) and will do so for the foreseeable future. There will be the need to attend the office on occasion and it is envisaged that long-term there will be a hybrid office/home working arrangement.
