The Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiologists (the College) is the peak body for advancing patient care and clinical excellence in clinical radiology and radiation oncology. The College is responsible for driving appropriate, high quality and safe use of medical imaging and radiation oncology through training, assessment and accreditation of radiologists and radiation oncologists, maintenance of quality and standards, and strategies to ensure the workforce is sufficient to support population needs in Australia and New Zealand.

We are seeking an experienced Program Officer, Training Accreditation to join our dedicated Workforce Unit to provide high level reporting and analysis of training sites within the training program against the accreditation standards and seek to develop or improve accreditation requirements at those sites. You will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and supporting the accreditation of training sites and networks as well as International Medical Graduate upskilling sites involved in the College’s training programs. 

In this role you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders (including the Manager, Accreditation), produce high quality written reports which meet the required standards, as well as liaising with all relevant stakeholders. You will organise and attend visits to relevant sites, manage deadlines, including reporting to relevant committees, whilst working closely with other appropriate units in the College to deliver accreditation reporting and outcomes. 

You present as an experienced Accreditation professional with a work history in Audit Compliance, or Quality Assurance. As a skilled communicator you are adept at managing multiple levels of stakeholders, building lasting relationships which are proactive and collaborative. You are known for your attention to detail, capacity to write detailed reports as well as conduct robust reviews and discussions.
