This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced client service coordinator to join Relationships Australia Victoria (RAV) in this important role with staff who have been delivering effective client focused services and outcomes for over 70 years in Victoria.

About the role

Reporting to the Manager Northern Melbourne, you will work in a fast-paced environment and be an experienced professional with considerable knowledge of office oversight, coordination, supervision and support to administrative staff and administrative coordination for clinical staff. In this role, you’ll provide high level practice management and administrative support to facilitate the delivery of care to clients who access our Greensborough centres.

The position is permanent, full-time and is based across our two (2) Greensborough centres. The successful candidate will be required to work Monday to Fridays each week, with the expectation to work an evening shift once a week (12n to 8pm).

Skills, experience and qualifications

  • Well-developed organisational skills and the ability to prioritise administrative workloads and tasks to efficiently and effectively produce results.
  • Certificate, Diploma or tertiary qualifications in administrative/secretarial studies or equivalent and several years’ experience in a busy administrative office environment.
  • Highly developed general computer skills and computer literacy, MS Office Suite, CRM (preferable) and the demonstrated capacity to learn IT new systems.
  • Experience working in a strong customer/client focused environment and representing a professional image and standard.
  • Demonstrated capacity to assist members of the public and potential clients, understanding their needs and the range of services provided by RAV.

What we offer

A competitive salary package is on offer to the successful candidate with a base salary range of $77k to $83k per annum, superannuation and access to salary packaging.
