This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced administrative professional to join Relationships Australia Victoria (RAV) at our Boronia centre. Providing office oversight, coordination, supervision and support as well as administrative coordination for clinical staff.

About the role

Reporting to the Senior Manager Southern and Eastern Melbourne, you will work in a fast-paced environment and be an experienced professional with considerable knowledge to provide high level practice management and administrative support to facilitate the delivery of care to clients who access our centre. Additionally, you will be responsible for the provision of an efficient, welcoming first point of contact for actual and potential clients and referrers. You will advise on the implementation of administration systems and processes at the centre and take a lead role in the design, development and implementation of new projects and new systems to ensure that smooth and efficient administration operations are in place.

This role is based at our Boronia centre and is a permanent, full-time position.

Skills, experience and qualifications

  • Well-developed organisational skills and the ability to prioritise administrative workloads and tasks to efficiently and effectively produce results.
  • Certificate, Diploma or tertiary qualifications in administrative/secretarial studies or equivalent and several years’ experience in a busy administrative office environment.
  • Highly developed general computer skills and computer literacy, MS Office Suite, CRM (preferable) and the demonstrated capacity to learn IT new systems.
  • Experience working in a strong customer/client focused environment and representing a professional image and standard.
    Demonstrated capacity to assist members of the public and potential clients, understanding their needs and the range of services provided by RAV.

What we offer

A competitive salary package is on offer to the successful candidate with a base salary range of $79k-$81k per annum, superannuation and access to salary packaging.
