This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated, experienced Compliance Administrator to join Relationships Australia Victoria (RAV) in supporting the management of its Registered Training Organisation (RTO), with staff who have been delivering effective client focused services and outcomes for over 70 years in Victoria.

About the role

Reporting to the Senior Manager Training and Development, your responsibilities include processing of student enrolments, utilising the Wisenet platform and supporting VET Student Loans (VSL) processing of applications and maintenance of VSL compliance and administration.

This role will also work with the Senior Manager Training and Development to foster and embed ongoing compliance processes and procedures within the RTO, and for ongoing registration and compliance of the RTO.

The position is based at our Camberwell centre and is part-time, two (2) days per week for a fixed term of 12 months with the possibility of extension based on continued funding and operational requirements.

Skills, experience and qualifications

• Experience of having worked in another RTO environment.
• General awareness and understanding of RTO compliance requirements.
• Experience with VSL processes.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills (both written and verbal) and the ability to communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Candidates with demonstrable skills, from previous experience with organisations and or culturally diverse client groups, staff and workforces or stakeholders are highly valued at RAV.
