This is an exciting opportunity for motivated and experienced Counsellors to join the clinical teams across our Kew, Camberwell, Melbourne CBD and Sunshine sites.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Kew or Centre Manager, Melbourne (dependant on site location) the purpose of the Counsellor roles is to offer a combination of counselling and therapeutic case management to clients living with the impacts of complex trauma. The primary responsibilities include supporting people engaging with the National Redress Scheme and offering trauma-informed counselling and emotional support, psychoeducation around the impacts of trauma, advice, advocacy and support regarding the Redress Scheme.
We have multiple full-time and/or part-time roles available for suitably qualified and experienced candidates.

A competitive salary package is on offer to the successful candidate with a base salary range of $93k-$96k per annum, plus superannuation and access to generous salary packaging options where eligible.

These roles are offered on a fixed term basis, with periods ranging from 6 months to 3 years. Whilst the initial program is for a 12-month period, this may be extended which may see opportunities for these roles to become permanent in the future.
