This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced family violence practitioner to join Relationships Australia Victoria (RAV) in this important role with staff who have been delivering effective client focused services and outcomes for over 70 years in Victoria.

Reporting to the Senior Manager Western Melbourne, you will work in a collaborative manner with the Family Violence (FV) team across centres and external partners to deliver high quality services across RAV’s FV programs. This includes the delivery of Men’s Behaviour Change Programs (MBCP), undertaking assessments for those seeking to enter family violence programs, risk management of participants and providing risk assessment and support to women and children.
This role is based at our Sunshine centre, and is available at a full-time capacity, on an ongoing basis, including one (1) evening shift per week to deliver MBC programs.

A competitive sector remuneration package is on offer to the successful candidate with a base salary range of $86k to $92k per annum, superannuation and access to PBI tax-free salary packaging.
