Exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced family violence practitioner to join our skilled team of family violence professionals at our Sunshine centre and Relationships Australia Victoria (RAV) in this important role with staff who have been delivering effective client focused services and outcomes for over 70 years in Victoria.

Reporting to the Senior Manager Western, you will work in a collaborative manner with the Family Violence team across centres as well as with external partners. Service delivery must be consistent with the Family Safety Victoria ‘Minimum Standards 2018’ as per the No To Violence implementation guide. This role will primarily focus on the delivery of Men’s Behaviour Change Programs (MBCP) as well as undertaking assessments for those seeking to enter family violence programs and risk management of participants. There is also a component of Family Safety Support in this role.
Based at our Sunshine Family Service Provider centre, this is a part-time position, working four (4) days per week, 29.4 hours per week which is inclusive of an evening shift to deliver MBC programs. The successful candidate will be offered a fixed-term contract until June 2022, with the possibility of extension beyond this date.

A competitive salary package is on offer to the successful candidate with a base salary range of $84k to $90k (pro-rata) per annum, superannuation and access to salary packaging.
