This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Program Coordinator to join the Redress team.
RAV is a secular, community-based, not-for-profit organisation with no religious. We have over 70 years’ experience providing effective client focused family and relationship support services. Our vision is for “positive, respectful, safe and fulfilling relationships for all Australians” and provide services from centres across metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria.
Reporting to the Senior Manager Kew, this role is responsible for operationalising and overseeing the Redress counselling program, which provides trauma-informed and culturally appropriate counselling for individuals engaging with the National Redress Scheme. This position comprises components of client service delivery, team leadership, operational management as well as aspects of stakeholder engagement.
This role is a fixed term, three year contract. Whilst the initial program is for a fixed term, this may be extended which may see opportunity for this role to become permanent in the future.

A competitive salary package is on offer to the successful candidate with a base salary range of $101k-$104k per annum, plus superannuation and access to generous salary packaging options where eligible.
